"This place is wonderful! Pete and Saskia are so easy to contact and did a wonderful job making this place comfortable and warm during this time of the year! Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and loved coming back to it and we definitely felt like it was a home away from home! "We have a good stay, however we have the following concerns: 1. We are advised that being guests,we could collect a bottle of wine from the wine shop. But they insisted that wine if provided only on guest wine tasting. We do not mind doing that but this should be clearly stated in our package. 2. The outside table advisertised for this cottage is actually a common area and more for the use of the other connecting cottage. There were lots of possum poo where the outside dining is. 3. "House looked nice and modern when searching online. Nice inside but the cleanliness was a big let down. Showers with hair and and other body hair in them . Food crumbs and dirt over floor. Carpet in rooms not vacuumed properly. Crumbs and bits of rubbish in cutlery draw. Started packing car and notice car parked for a while wasn’t until we was near ready to leave we realised it was the cleaner waiting. Who made it known wish these…. F… hurry up I need to f clean. "Stayed for two nights: walked up the hill to the paddocks at the top of the world, sat around the fire pit and had great chat with the lady owner who had set up the property to keep all ages happy. It's a farm-stay. The property isn't the lap luxury, but it's a good honest place where, in the small hours of the night, you can see more stars than you've ever imaged! Also loved the x 2 dogs. "

"If you would like an off the grid break this property s a great stay. Waking up to look out the window to ducks Geese pigs goats Peacocks just some of your neighbors. I took a little adjustment to get used to the composting toilet in the Tiny house but was all part of the experience "

"Lovely old farmhouse! The beds were super comfortable, house was clean and tidy, the views were amazing. Everything was as described. The only minor issue was the Wifi wasn't working when we first arrived, but we received prompt attention and it was fixed fairly quickly. We had a lovely family catch up. Would definitely come again in a heart beat. "

We have given the maximum rating to most categories but pulled back a star because although our stay was for 4 days we only received one towel each. The agent said this was normal regardless of how many days were booked but did offer to drop another towel each , we made do with what we had. We rate this accomodation nine(9) out of ten. "

"This place is amazing it’s so beautiful every detail is thought of and the hosts are amazing. For all ages. Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Kids grandparents teens dog all perfect. The animals and wildlife birds echidnas kangaroos deer even the cows we helped feed. "
