3 bedroom nice home in Ulfborg

For a vacation at the Danish North Sea this vacation home is ideal.



It is located in the middle of the cozy fishing village of Thorsminde and all the amenities of the small harbor town are nearby: 100 meters from the house you can shop, a playground is within walking distance from the house, not to forget the good opportunities for fishing at the lock, just a few hundred meters from the house.



Across the street, between two houses, a path leads you directly to the beautiful North Sea.



The cottage is well furnished with a large, bright garden room where you will probably spend most of your vacation. This room is bright, offers plenty of space and has an incredibly cozy atmosphere. From the garden room you have access to the bathroom with shower, a hallway with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a double bed. In the main house there is also a cozy living room with wood stove, a bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom on the first floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 more bedrooms with a sofa bed for 2 people and a double bed and 2 extra mattresses. Here you can also sit comfortably and read a book or play games while enjoying the view of the dunes.



The 1st floor is heated by electric heating, while the living room has a heat pump to heat the entire first floor. The garden room is unheated and there is access to the terrace as well as the fenced garden. In the house there is Boxer TV with German channel (ZDF).



If you want to make a day trip, we recommend a trip to Søndervig, where there are good shopping, restaurants and cafes and many activities such as bowling, golf, mini golf and playgrounds.
