"Läget och lägenhetens skick var bra dock behövs ett antal förbättringar. Vi bodde på pine hill luxury, de har olika lägenheter och olika ägare till lägenheterna. Lägenheten vi bodde på bytte inte ut våra handdukar eller städade etc, vilket andra grannlägenheter hade tillgång till. "

"Almina was very helpful and always responded immediately to any questions we had in advance of our stay. She organised airport transfers which I would definitely recommend. We hadn't realised that Dobra Vode was so big, so we were delighted with the choice of restaurants on our doorstep. We stayed in one of the higher apartments which had a beautiful view, I would definitely recommend this. We all loved the apartment. Everything was there that we needed. The beach is very busy in Dobra vode, so...

"Appartement très sympathique, vue sur la baie de Sutomore / Bar, propreté, petite cuisine tout équipée, piscine superbe, possibilité d'utiliser le barbecue (gaz ou charbon au choix), propriétaire très sympathique (parlant plutôt allemand que anglais). Route non asphaltée sur les 2 derniers virages, attention ça monte !"

"We booked the apartment, paying 178€ per day in advance, because we were interested in the swimming pool and the outdoor area with the barbecue, otherwise we would have taken something cheaper. The swimming pool was filthy and absolutely unusable and no one, before our arrival, thought to check that it was clean. The outside BBQ area, shown in the photos in perfect condition, was all dirty, messy and full of cats. The apartment was also not very clean with cobwebs on the ceilings and bathroom...

"Lovely clean, quiet property. Due to travelling out of season, some local facilities were not available/ limited buses. A car would be useful but 2 clean beaches in walking distance. Attentive owners and excellent communication. "

"We arrived early in the season and the place was deserted. They should not be booking guests as they have no service. This is not a hotel but apartments that are not clean. This place should not be listed as a 4 star in Hotels.com and because it is deceptive it should not be listed on the site at all. "

Agim was extremely helpful during our 2+ months stay in Ulcinj and became our trusted local guide. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable.
