Ich sollte dann einen sehr hohen Betrag zahlen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme, weil angeblich eben mit der Buchungsplattform über die ich gebucht habe, nicht mehr kooperiert wird. Die Buchungsplattform sagt genau das Gegenteil, dass die Hotels Bei Ihnen inserieren . Letztendlich musste ich leider aufgrund der Unfähigkeit des Hotels auf der Straße schlafen. "Bad experience as they did not have room for me.(I flew first time to Ukraine so this was scary not to have room) So, I had to stay in bunk bed. But staff(Zena) was good n took care of me. Better call Hotel to confirm your booking else you will end up in my situation. "
