We had a two night stay at Bank Hotel, Lviv. We rate it as one of the best stays in Europe. The hotel is a beautiful building in itself, but what made our trip special, the staff were exceptional. The interaction with staff, whether it was the front desk, restaurant, concierge, house cleaning, everyone we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. We didn’t think such European service existed. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!
