"The house was not clean before our arrival, we had to spend Time to clean 3 bathrooms, kitchen and water closet. Regarding the communication it was any it is always a nightmare. First we never receive their emails for payment, I spend 2 weeks to find the good process to follow! Then nobody want to help to have an invoice for my business. Experience could be nice if they respects clients…"

"I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about the location or the property. It is absolutely stunning. My only issues were with how it has been maintained by EuroParcs, to fix issues with the property that should have been addressed during the ‘final clean’ each occupant pays for. No one wants to go on holiday and have to call out cleaners, 3 times. Complain about having no internet, 3 times. Call out a plumber to unblock drains, fix broken sinks, unblock window drains and mop a flooded...
