"We, family of 4 had a pleasant stay at ENA suite. The staff speaks English and very helpful if you have any questions. It’s very convenient to Namdaemun market and the restaurants at the area are great with many local restaurants rather than tourist restaurants. There is a coin laundry and dryer but only 1 which cost 5000 won each used for each one. Very convenient for some travellers. "

"Fantastic hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Had the pleasure of a 5 day stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Fabulous bathroom with shower, separate bathtub, and separated WC. Excellent fitness facilities that we made full use of. Location very good and easy to travel from to get to notable landmarks in Seoul. I am a regular traveller and I look forward to returning to this hotel. I won’t be looking elsewhere for my stays in Seoul - it will always be the Shilla Seoul."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Westin Josun hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentlemen at the front desk, who helped me print out KTX train tickets or ordered us taxis every day, as well as the fabulous waiters in the bar, who not only offered us food and drinks, but helped me find the name of a building with unusual architecture that I have seen. We'd visit this hotel on our next trip to South Korea."
