"The apartment is very small and the bathroom doesn't have a door (just a curtain) which is important to know. The shower drain does not work properly so the water accumulates in the shower. The heating worked well during our stay so we were able to keep warm. The studio doesn't get too much sun. It's a short walk (8 min) from the city center so that's a nice plus. If you're just staying for a brief weekend then it should be fine if you don't plan on spending much time in the studio itself. It...

"We have stayed at this hotel 8 times before this visit. We have always been happy with our stays and previously, the staff have been very polite and helpful. However, this time, the bar staff were unhelpful and lazy. The restaurant manager and waitress were rude and the service and food was awful."

"This was a very nice hotel close to the train station and very close to the city center . The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! There was even a bathtub which was nice. There is a restaurant and quaint courtyard for drinks. The front desk was so helpful getting us a cab for an early morning train . Highly recommend!"

"In the heart of Little Venice and very walkable to restaurants, museums and parking. The half-timbered hotel is quaint with unique hallways and rooms including beamed and sloped ceilings. On the third floor, our particular bathroom was a bit difficult to navigate with a sloped, beamed ceiling and only an open garden with handheld shower wand. It made for interesting mornings when getting ready for the day. I suggest asking about shower/tub facilities in the room you may choose. Although breakfast was very good we were disappointed in the one evening meal we had at the hotel restaurant. It seemed service was dysfunctional at best."
