Die Wohnung hat einen sehr guten Zuschnitt und verfügt im 1. Dachgeschoss über einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Treppe zu Galerie, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Die Galerie und ein kleines, abgeschlossenes Zimmer können als weitere Schlafräume genutzt werden.
