The apartment consists of living room with comfortable sofa area and flat track. A flat screen TV and a radio are available. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and equipped with ceramic hob, toaster and kettle. In the bedroom has a double bed with adjustable bed bases and mattresses quality. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a toilet. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a parasol. Bed linen is included, please bring your own towels!

The house was newly built in 2003 and has two apartments of the same size for two people. An apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace. The second apartment on the first floor is accessible via a spacious staircase and has a balcony. The apartments are modern and comfortable.

Tolle Lage!

Freundliche Vermieter und eine tolle Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß zum Achterwasser als auch zum Ostseestrand und zur Promenade. Der Bahnhof der Inselbahn ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt einen ganz leicht über ganz Usedom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fußläufig.
