Vacation Studio "Grünspecht" with Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

The 46m² vacation studio is located in Überlingen, a town on the northern shore of Lake Constance in Germany's Baden-Württemberg. The single-roomed, basement studio consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom with an accessible shower and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The studio features Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences) and satellite television. The studio also has large, ample windows facing south and southwest, a separate entrance left of the building, and a large, open terrace next to the entrance door. Children are allowed and there is a separate swing and sandbox in the garden.

Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished shared garden or sit on the open private terrace.

The studio is located in a quiet area and is just a 5 to 10 minute (2 to 5.4 km) drive from a restaurant, a bar, a cafe, a bakery, and a supermarket. Scenic Meersburg beach is a 22 minute (18 km) drive from the studio and Lake Überlingen is 40 minutes (40 km) by car from the studio. Zurich Airport is a 1 hour 21 minute (90 km) drive from the studio.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Pros: -Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und im Sommer sogar sehr angenehm kühl. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind super sympathisch -Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. -Im Ort der Wohnung gibt es sogar einen geheimen Weg erhört an der Seite des Bodensees, wo man wunderschön den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Cons: Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln!

Urlaub am Bodensee

Der Aufenthalt bei Familie Vogler war einfach schön. Die Ferienwohnung "Grünspecht" ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Ortsteil Hödingen ist ruhig und wunderschön über dem Bodensee gelegen. Das Hofcafe im Ort sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen, freitags gibt es Dinnele aus dem Holzofen und der Gastgarten ist so idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit am wunderschönen Bodensee genossen.

Ruhiges Gemütliches Appartement mit überaus zuvorkommenden Gastgeberm

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war über dem Durchschnitt ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage durften wir sogar ein Feuerchen im Garten machen. Cons: Durch die Lage etwas Dunkel.

Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub.

Pros: Die Wohnung war einfach super! Sehr schön und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Das Glas Wein abends auf der Terrasse...ein Traum.
