The 2.5-room apartment Alex is located in the "Neue Mitte" of Überlingen on the 1st floor of a new residential complex and offers space for 2 persons. The modern apartment consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair. The apartment also features a furnished south-facing balcony, which serves as a covered terrace. Start your day here with a hot cup of coffee. A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity (240 m or 2 minutes walk) of the apartment. The old town of Überlingen with its restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 12 minute (1 km) walk away. The port of Überlingen can be reached in 5 minutes by car (1.6 km) and is the ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance, for example to the city of Constance.
