The apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the spacious living room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. A baby cot (115 cm long) is available and can be provided for an extra charge. The terrace comes with garden furniture and an awning. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge.



The village has two lovely playgrounds. Überlingen is 10 km away, Konstanz 22 km (via ferry), Meersburg 22 km, and Friedrichshafen Airport 36 km. Lake Constance and shopping in Ludwigshafen are just 4 km away. All tourist attractions can be reached quickly.



Please note that pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking apartment. Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar celebrations are not permitted. Charging an electric car at a household socket is also not allowed.
