  • Welcome to our cosy holiday rental!

    The apartment is approximately 25 m² and ideal for 2 people. This one-room apartment features a pull-out sofa bed.

    Enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the Alps. It's just a 5-minute walk to the lake, and city centre is about a 15-minute walk away. The walk into town takes you along the beautiful lake and offers a picturesque backdrop. Please note that due to the central location, there may be some traffic noise.

    The apartment features a balcony, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a room that includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven, a sleeper sofa, and a dining area with a lake view. It is located on the 5th floor of a high-rise apartment building. An lift is available.

    A washing machine and dryer are available in the building's basement and can be used by inserting coins (3 x 50 ct).

Klein aber fein!

Perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Klein, aber wirklich fein. Wir waren zwei Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem die herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon genossen, auch wenn die Straße ab und zu zu hören war.
