"The lobby and grounds are quite impressive, especially at night when the lights highlight the sculptures and ornate gold leaf in the lobby. Walking through the softly lit courtyard gives you the feeling of walking through the grounds of a palace. The staff are amazing. They remembered us from prior visits. I normally dislike the phrase "arrive as a guest, leave as a friend", but that it how the staff made us feel. They knew our preferences and went out of their way to provide every service we might want. The property is currently undergoing some maintenance that is needed to bring it back to it's full majesty. It's still very impressive, but when the maintenance is completed, it will be even better."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran and truly enjoyed every part of our experience! Everything was excellent — the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was taken care of almost immediately, which really made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Erika, who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm personality and exceptional level of service made our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran to couples, families, and anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service and wonderful hospitality in Bali. "This really is a cute place to stay, for the most part the staff was incredibly nice. However, it advertises that you can get massages by the pool side and that was not the case, now they come to your room. The pool wasn't much to enjoy, very poor upkeep. Plus side to all of that is they have a restaurant upstairs called Hiromi's, which is really good for all your meals. Good selections! Awesome staff! There's also a cute sandwich/toast deli downstairs that's really good! There's a market two doors down that has all your needs with awesome prices! There's also a spa across the street called De Alam Bali Spa which is awesome! Very friendly staff and awesome spa treatments! All in all I would go back and stay. Especially if you want to stay away from the "tourist" crowd!"
