Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don't bother

Got to the hotel and they made excuses that first the electricity in the 3 rooms we booked were not working and then that they were no more rooms left. They then took us to another hotel that they arranged for stay, which was terrible, toilet didn't flush, hot water for bathing was sparse and included breakfast was abysmal. Couldn't call anyone at 7pm and didn't have long distance to call Expedia. Also contacted Expedia by email and no one returned my email. I'm so disappointed in Expedia as well.
