"Very nice room, very clean and up-to-date. Incredible shower and great towels, plus a TV that I could figure out (many places the TV seems hard to work). Ucluelet, Long Beach and Tofino are great places to visit, for a holiday in nature."

"We had such a memorable stay at The Cabins at Terrace Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The cabin felt cozy yet spacious, and the thoughtful complimentary amenities made our stay even more comfortable. And the view? Absolutely stunning, waking up to the sound of the ocean and that coastal scenery was the highlight of our trip. After a long drive from Victoria, we arrived a little after 4 p.m. Our check-in envelope was ready and waiting, which we appreciated. There was a small mix-up with the key inside, but when we reached our assigned unit, the correct key was already placed at the door. A quick call to the help desk cleared everything up immediately. The staff was responsive, friendly, and efficient, which really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The property itself is peaceful and beautifully located perfect for relaxing, exploring and enjoying natural surroundings. Everything felt well organised and guest-focused. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about our next visit. We’ll definitely be back and next time, we’re bringing friends to share the experience. An easy five stars from us! "

"I had a twisted ankle and they still put us on the second floor- and it was low season. The toilet flushed constantly - only when we shut the water off did it stop. "

"Cabin 25 was not very clean and in poor repair compared to photos on the website. There was trash in the night stand drawers, cobwebs in corners, mold in the bathroom and broken bathroom floor tiles. It’s a cosy cabin and with a good cleaning and a little tlc could be quite nice but as is, it’s overpriced. I tried to raise concerns directly with Reefpoint office staff but they said they were too busy to talk to me, put it in writing. They really didn’t seem to care quite frankly. It should be noted that despite being listed as a two bedroom there are no doors on these rooms to truly separate them from the rest of the cabin. Sound carries through all the way from the basement to the loft. No real privacy for couples traveling together. "
