"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"Had a one night stay as we were driving through the area. Cons: No AC in the room, and it was WARM. Old and rock hard beds. Rooms were very loud, and i could hear my neightbour snoring just as well as i heard the traffic from the autobahn. Breakfast was ok. Not too much to choose from, but for the price of the stay i guess it was ok. Pros: Easy and accessible parking. Friendly staff. Very close to the Autobahn, easy choice when you are just travelling through the area."

"Beautiful hotel right at the train station. Our room was a work of art from top to bottom including a beautiful bathroom. We could not hear the train station. The staff was friendly and we got a free river trip by boat to explore the area. We also rented an all day canoe to explore Spreewald and its village by paddle.
