Comfortable, authentic experience. Wonderful staff

Lovely, lush gardens, perfect size and temperature pool, rooms modest but charming with comfy bed, plenty of hot water and nice shaded patio for sitting. Kadek and the other staff were lovely to deal with - really sweet and cared about your comfort. Ideal location with plenty of restaurants and shopping just outside the door - great walkability to everything including rice terrace trail. Breakfast was very good.

Room is not clean for whole stay. They didn’t change towels during stay so everytime I should ask changing towels. Some staff is polite and kind especially a staff who checked in me is so nice. However some staff is not kind and not smile they should get more service training.

Location and staff were great. You could get to the “high street” in 5 mins. Breakfast was limited but good. Now, my beef with the hotel is there is a hotel across the road that will have live music every single night until 11pm. If you are staying in one of the rooms at the front, you won’t be able to sleep until they finish. Room was clean, however, the bathroom needs a deep cleaning

Staff was amazing!

The staff was amazing! Ejar was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Very peaceful area but close quick walk to markets and temples. Definitely would stay here again.

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Très belle chambre,grande,wc un peu proche du lavabo. Belle piscine,propre. Bon petit dej jus de fruit ou fruit frais.Thé ou café et au choix pancake ou omelette ou oeuf brouillé. Nous sommes partis à 6h on a eu droit au petit dej,alors que normalement il commence à 7h. Merci encore++++++

Tag ikke dette hotel

Dette er ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale til andre. Vi var der i 4 nætter og havde kun varmt vand en enkelt gang. Da vi først kom fik vi et værelse fuld med mug og det næste værelse vi kom ind i var der også lidt mug. Desuden virkede afløbet i bruseren ikke og de fik det heller ikke lavet efter vi havde henvendt os tre gange. Man stod altså og havde fødderne i koldt klamt vand mens man tog et koldt bad. Der kom desuden små dyr op af risten i bruseren fx igler. Man skal regne med at der er musik inde ved naboen om aftenen, og at der er virkelig lydt, så man kan høre alt omkring hotellet. Det eneste gode ved hotellet er personalet, som er søde og imødekommende, men de fik tydeligvist ikke gjort noget ved problemerne. Det ligger rigtig godt placeret i byen, men tag et andet hotel for din egen skyld.

Il est vrai que les balinais sont des gens très agréable, mais en revanche l’hôtel n’est pas propre, si vous êtes dans les deux premiers blocs il y a beaucoup de bruit un orchestre en face… Les chambres ne sont pas bien tenues la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer désirer…

We loved the hospitality absolutely first class, location is perfect, food and entertainment is all a short stroll from your room. Breakfast is simple but good quality. I would recommend the Uma Sari as somewhere to stay in Ubud

Il y a 3 pavillons, celui situé le plus près de la rue est a éviter sauf si vous aimez avoir un orchestre dans votre chambre presque tous les soirs (à cause de l'animation de l'établissement situé juste en face l'hôtel). Dans le cas contraire, demandez une chambre dans le dernier pavillon (la 104 par exemple) et vous serez au calme. Le personnel est vraiment charmant et si vous souhaitez quelque chose, il suffit de demander. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment intéressant.

Très bien situé car très proche du centre d’Ubud tout en étant très calme. Beaucoup de restos à proximité. Mais ce qui nous a surtout plu c’est la gentillesse et l’hospitalité du personnel. La piscine est très agréable au retour des visites

Très bon séjour

La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit confortable et suffisamment propre à mon goût. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et accueillant. L'hôtel propose différentes escapades pour découvrir Bali, nous en avons fait deux et avons apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais efficace. L'hôtel se trouve dans une section relativement calme de la rue Jalan Bisma, mais un bar situé juste en face propose de la musique live un soir sur deux, de 20h à 22h30 environ. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants sympa et abordables dans la même rue que l'hôtel.

Uma Sari es todo lo que no quieres encontrarte en un hotel. A parte de ser un hotel muy viejo, la limpieza es inexistente, tanto en las zonas comunes como en la habitacion, debajo de la cama habia muchisima suciedad, las sabanas y las toallas olian fatal, el cuarto de baño se atascaba tanto el lavabo como la ducha. El segundo dia ya no habia agua caliente y el WC dejo de funcionar. No me podria imaginar un hotel peor. Daba muchisimo asco dormir por la noche con el mal olor de toda la habitacion y la incertidumbre de que alguna cucharacha o araña saltara a la cama. Lo unico bueno, las recepcionistas, que intentaron siempre muy amablemente apaciguar mis quejas. Tipico hotel q puede acabar con unas bonitas vacaciones. Incluso la suite deluxe, en la que nos alojamos el primer dia, era un desastre. Señores del hotel, cuiden mas la limpieza, aunque uma sari sea un hotel viejo, la suciedad q habia es inaceptable; en Europa directamente estaria cerrado por sanidad.

Pas cher mais ne vaut pas plus

Séjour qui aurait pu être agréable compte tenu de la localisation de l'hôtel et de la gentillesse du personnel. Malheureusement, la literie était très molle et donc presque désagréable et la propreté de la chambre comme de la salle de bain était franchement négligée (douche et toilette entartrées et jaunies, problèmes d'écoulement, robinet bancal, présence d'élastiques et d'un emballage plastique d'anciens clients, présence d'une tâche très suspecte d'un liquide blanchâtre sur une table de nuit et présence d'insectes morts...). Enfin le pire de tout, nous avons même vu des rats dans les parties communes dans un endroit que je n'ose même pas cité... Bref, tout ceci rend un futur séjour impossible dans cet hôtel.

Charming, quiet room with amazing breakfast

Uma Sari Cottage was amazing! We felt so comfortable there and ended up extending our stay twice. The free breakfast had large portions and was delicious. The pool and garden area was quiet and relaxing. Many restaurants and markets nearby and the Main Street is Ubud is within walking distance. The only downside would be that our roof leaked during major rainstorms and we had to put a bucket under our sink as it also leaked while draining. Book transportation and tours elsewhere as it is substantially cheaper just down the road. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place!

Great location, great hotel

The small hotel is located outside the busy centre in a street with very nice calm cafés and restaurants. There is a great spa and a small supermarket too. To get to the market it takes you 15 minutes. A temple with evening shows is 10 minutes away. The hotel is very nice a clean with a very friendly stuff. I will come again

It's okay.

The location is close to the Ubud palace and the market which is good. The environments are ok but it should be noticed that some rooms without no air-conditioning. It would be better if they provide shampoo and shower gel instead of just soap.

ウブドの自然の真ん中にあり、鳥と虫の鳴き声で起きるような5日間でした。歩いて5分のところに7:30からヨガクラスもあり、非常に充実したバケーションでした。ただ、立地が最高とは言えないのと、自然の中なので部屋にいて虫に遭遇することは多々ありました。スタッフ、プールはクリーンでコテージ気分を満喫できました。
