The facility is a bit old but the room is clean and neat. My room was a bit far from the reception and needed to walk down and up the stairs, but it was also a pleasure of the trip. Staff was very kind and helpful. They offered prompt services such as transport arrangement and breakfast etc. Thank you so much!

Great Value

This hotel is a quiet refuge from busy Central Ubud, but conveniently close if desired. The free shuttle into the city center was a bonus. The staff was very hospital and the breakfast was quite tasty. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, but some sort of compressor, fan, or generator clunks regularly (even during the night), sometimes making it tough to sleep.

Foi sensacional!!! O staff do hotel muito atencioso, desde o dono, Made, a Esti, Gun, Made (driver), todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Foi o melhor hotel que ficamos em toda a viagem, contando Tailândia, Indonésia e Filipinas. Com certeza quando voltar a Ubud farei questão de ficar nesse mesmo hotel, de repente até no mesmo quarto. Sugiro fortemente que se hospedem nesse hotel, não vão se arrepender!!!

Bad description about the hotel at Expedia

Nothing was like the descripten. In bathroom it was suppose to be luxary comfort. There was Nothing only a soup. No wifi in our room. No pillow menu as the information about the hotel says on Expedia. No minibar. No luxury sheets. Moore expensive when hotel helped out, and not very helpful! No bathrobes. No minibar. No Egyptian bedsheets. All services made by hotel was a lot Moore expensive. Disappointed!

Excellent hotel staff

The hotel staff were excellent at this hotel, going so far as to organise transport for us for the day and to the airport at the end of the day. They also suggested a range of sights to visit, as we were unfamiliar with the Ubud area - none of these disappointed.

An average stay

The hotel is in a stunning location about a 5-10 minute drive from the Main Street. We stayed in the main 2 bedroom villa. We were disappointed that it was more like 2 rooms than one villa as we had to go outside to access each room. The top room is built in typical Balinese style with a rattan roof. Beautiful but not very sound proof. The road is right next to the villa so there was a lot of road noise. Pool was ok but not very child friendly. The hotel food could be improved. The staff and service was very good. Liked the free shuttle into town.

Beau mais loin du Centre d'Ubud

2 nuits pour commencer un voyage en famille à travers Bali. Beau site mais un peu loin du centre d'Ubud. Mais bon on peut pas avoir les risières et la ville en même temps... Hotel propose un service gratuit de navette mais pas toujours idéal pour les horaires. Belle piscine à débordent mais dangereuse pour les enfants. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Personnel agréable.

A memorable stay

The spacious villa I stayed in for ten days offered outstanding comfort and was located in the most picturesque location imaginable. Relaxing by the infinity pool watching the sun go down over the rice paddies a memory I will keep for a life time. My sincere thanks thanks to Made and his wonderful staff who treated me more like a family member than a hotel guest.

Family vacation

Spacious villa with our own pool. The upstairs room had no air con and a visitor (a mouse) but the downstairs air con worked well. The layout of the bathroom was odd (you had to climb over the tub to get to the toilet). We could arrange transport into Ubud at anytime but had to return by five for no cost.
