"Quiet, properly looks like a medium size cottage....so it's small , location is good if you're looking to stay away fron the traffic in Borjomi...renovation, amenities and maintenance are needed to improve the guest's comfort ."

"Hotel in Serious need of renovation and repairs. Also noisy fridge in the room. Guests talking loudly in the middle of the night - so poor insulation. Poor breakfast. Electrical sockets missing in the right places. Very high step into shower. Too many stairs to climb - if you have heavy luggage it can be a problem"

"Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. "
