Hotel muito bom, sem reclamações

Hotel antigo porém em bom estado, tudo muito bom, acomodação, ar-condicionado, café da manhã bem completo (ovos, salsichas, frios, frutas e todos os carboidratos de praxe) e atendimento excelente. Atenderam meus pedidos, foram bastante atenciosos e reteram o óculos que esqueci no quarto. Única coisa que não gostei foram as opções de jantar, que não tem muita. Fora isso recomendo.

O blackout da cortina do quarto 610 não funciona como deveria, as 7 da manhã o sol está todo dentro do quarto, passa através dos cantos e praticamente vai direto na cama, tive que escorar mala e cadeira pra ver se firmava o blackout, além da claridade “quase total” esquenta muito. A janela de blindex basculante do quarto também não filtra nada do som, dá pra escutar tudo quanto é barulho lá fora, não há vedação. A maçaneta da porta do banheiro está totalmente solta, impossibilitando do fechamento da porta do lado de fora do banheiro, fora que também os acabamentos plásticos das torneiras estavam todos soltos, saia na mão. Senti a falta também de uma ducha higiênica, bidé já é coisa do passado. Já fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel em outros quartos, dessa vez me decepcionei total. Vou rever meus conceitos, tive um péssimo descanso para uma manhã de domingo.

Péssimo atendimento recepção

Cheguei ao hotel as 6da manhã e so consegui ir pra o quarto as 7:30. O senhor da recepção é péssimo no atendimento e ao invés de me apresentar a solução de pagar a metade da diária para que eu fosse para o quarto me mandou esperar na recepção até o gerente dele chegar.

Bom custo benefício

O hotel é antigo, mas achei que foi bom pelo custo benefício. Quarto limpo, cama e chuveiro confortável. Tem sala de jogos e sauna porém não conheci e por isso não posso opinar. Gostei bastante do café da manhã.

Senhores, hospedagem muito boa boa, porém há 3 observações em minha estadia: 1 encontrei cabelos nos lençóis, 2 quanto ao café ( não me senti à vontade/ um homem muito em cima... Não tomei café direito... 3 a chave deu problema e fiquei uns 30 minutos fora do meu quarto. A gerência e recepção não deu atenção necessária, por exemplo, troca de quarto. Muito chato...
