- Located at Rua Monte Mor (23), Uba Oba Market Street on the banks of the Rio-Santos Highway 150 meters from the beach.
House with 4 bedrooms (2 suites), 1 kitchen, 1 TV room with dining room, toilet, a large balcony with barbecue / sink, stone balcony and space for 2 hammocks, garage for 4 cars ( 3 covered), 1 large edicule with clothesline, tank, external shower, high wall with electric fence for greater safety.
Kitchen: 1 duplex refrigerator, 1 6-burner stove, 1 iron, 1 juicer, 1 mixer, kitchenware.
Furniture: 3 double beds, 1 cot, 6 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 cabinet, 1 wardrobe, 1 sofa set, 1 table with 6 chairs, 1 stone table, stools, 5 ceiling fans, mosquito screen windows, 2 racks, 1 29 inch satellite TV.
