Located on the edge of Maranduba in Ubatuba. Just 250m from the beautiful Maranduba / Sapé beach and 350m from the shopping center.

The house has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, barbecue, laundry area, yard and covered garage for up to 3 cars between medium and small.

The accommodation is for up to 10 people between adults and children, in the first bedroom a double bed and a bunk bed, second bedroom a double bed and a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Remember that although the house accommodates up to 10 people between adults and children, the daily rate varies in relation to the number of people.

Bom anfitrião mas ....

O imóvel é exatamente como nas fotos. Mas a impressão que tivemos foi a de que falta uma boa manutenção e preocupação com a estadia dos hóspedes. A geladeira não "gela" direito,os colchões de um dos quartos estavam úmidos e com um cheiro muito forte,os ventiladores são bem antigos e já não ventilam nada. O banheiro estava entupido,tivemos de desentupi-lo para poder usar ... Como a casa não possui uma boa ventilação também estava com cheiro desagradável. Enfim,minha experiencia foi em uma das casas,visto que o anfitrião possui mais casas no mesmo condomínio. O que me levou a fechar foram as boas avaliações lidas aqui,acredito que não tivemos sorte com a casa em que ficamos (casa 11). Minhas boa impressão fica com a atenção e gentileza do anfitrião Emerson,que durante todo o contato foi sempre muito prestativo nos dando varias dicas do que fazer em Maranduba.

A única coisa que não gostei foi a rua do imóvel ,muito ruim não tem asfalto e muito buracos. Comércio local deixou a desejar tudo muito precário e caro.

Imóvel conforme anúncio, realmente muito perto da praia, confortável e com os itens essenciais, sendo possível ir caminhando e deixar o carro na garagem. Segurança com portão fechado o tempo todo. Sinceramente achei melhor do que deslocar para praias mais movimentadas. A soverteria próxima, Jomar, é excelente e com preços bem melhores que na praia. A caseira, Sra. Tereza, atenciosa e prestativa. Tudo ocorreu muito bem. Recomendo a locação do imóvel em questão. O proprietário envia todas as orientações e inclusive dicas. Vale a pena. Mar com poucas ondas e raso, permitindo andar vários metros sem afundar, ideal para brincar com crianças. Água cristalina, apesar de não parecer no primeiro momento, mas é apenas pela areia, mais fina e escura. Escolha acertada.

Tudo de Bom

Passamos 11 dias na casa do Sr. Emerson, que devo dizer de uma atenção sem igual, e ainda tivemos o prazer de sermos recebidos por ele quando chegamos. A casa é simples como ele mesmo disse, mas tinha tudo o que precisávamos e muito limpa e organizada. Ele nos passou um roteiro de lugares próximos que vistamos todos e adoramos. o acesso para a praia de Maranduba é bem perto, dá pra ir a pé,fora que ela é muito gostosa e bem movimentada. Dona Tereza que é a zeladora do condomínio, também muito prestativa. Recomendo para todos e voltarei em breve com minha família.

Casa simples mas boa para passar alguns dias, o que me incomodou foram as formigas na pia, pois não se podia deixar nada lá que elas ja vinham... acho tbm que poderia pelo menos ter o básico, como pano de louça, esponja, detergente e um assento do vaso sanitário sem estar quebrado, pois nos machucamos varias vezes ao sentar pois está quebrado dos dois lados.... Mas mesmo com esses pequenos detalhes passamos um ótimo feriadão
