The house and the new furniture have 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, 4 bathrooms in total, 14 people in beds (condominium allows 12 people (adults or children and can spend 2 more children up to 6 years each ... totaling 14 microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, mixer, stove and gas, all utensils such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. All Bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING ... All new, Living room with 43 inch Led TV, DVD, home with internet WI-FI Broadband, Also couple with Led 32 '' TV and FRIGOBAR, large outdoor area, adult and children swimming pools (free use), 7 grills (free use), Curtains in all environments, service area washing machine, comfort and tranquility security a 80 meters from the beach! Cleaning fee (input and output) are already included !! We accept small animals!

Pudemos desfrutar dessa incrível casa por dez dias. Estávamos em 8 adultos e 2 crianças e pela estrutura da casa pudemos ficar BEM a vontade em todos os ambientes. Com os quartos na parte superior, havia liberdade para assistir tv ou usar a cozinha sem incomodar quem estivesse descansando. O ponto ALTO fica por conta da localização da casa, que permite ir às praias sem usar carro e livrar do transito INTENSO da alta temporada. O melhor, a casa fica pertinho da piscina e churrasqueira Destaque para atendimento e suporte do anfitrião Luiz que fez a diferença para pudéssemos ter férias MARAVILHOSAS. Desejamos voltar o mais breve.

Boa a estadia mas precisa ser melhorado

Olá, essa foi minha segunda estadia na casa, e infelizmente deixou a desejar, primeiro que quando cheguei no condomínio, os funcionários não foram avisados da estadia, tentei entrar em contato com os números do proprietário e nenhum me atendeu, o condomínio teve que entrar em contato para que fosse liberado minha entrada, a casa estava bastante empoeirada, com bastante pernilongo e cheirando a mofo, um dos banheiros estava entupido e o chuveiro não estava funcionando, a geladeira estava congelada tivemos que descongelar para que ela voltasse a gelar. Gosto muito da casa e queria que fosse resolvido pois quero voltar sempre.

Sobrado muito bem distribuída, ótima área de lazer no condominio, a 5 min da praia enseada e a 10 minuto da praia santa Rita a pé ambas. Para ficar melhor, faltou na casa ter 1 guarda sol e umas cadeiras de praia, no demais quesitos excelente acomodações e atendimento do proprietário.
