The place is considered a prime area of the beach as it has several high-end condominiums and is close to the excellent Jundu restaurant (former W space), and the 'Ponta da Praia' and 'Cantão' kiosks.
The condominium is on the beach block and is approx. 100 meters from the sea, you won't have to worry about using the car to go to the beach.
The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee bar, sandwich maker, blender, thermos; The laundry room has cleaning kits and a washing machine.
Suite with double bed, air conditioning and custom closets and TV; the bedroom has a bunk bed, bunk bed, extra mattresses, ceiling fan, air conditioning and custom closets.
