"This was an amazing facility, great well lit parking lot with friendly staff members located in a quiet nice area of town. My only fault with this establishment were the room keys. The magnet inside them are really sensitive and anything such as credit cards, MagSafe cases, portable chargers, etc anywhere remotely close to the room keys affects the magnet which is a nuisance to try to account for every day. In my three nights stay, I had to get my keys fixed twice. Free of charge, but annoying to deal with."

"Lady at the front counter was very rude. She didn't even acknowledge my birthday, and I go there every year. Pool was closed so ly kids went home. They didn't tell us they were under construction. So mad from the time I got there. Will be calling to file a formal complaint."

"At 8:00 a.m everything was dried out and cold. Not much of a selection of pastries, the ones that were there were dried out. The bowls for the oatmeal were down under the shelf. Not much of a selection for tea. Staff gave two different directions for leaving & depositing your ticket for parking. "

"I was really excited to see the property when we drove up. It was cute little apartment homes....the front desk clerk was nice and professional. I was utterly disappointed going in....the ottoman has a HUGE desk stain on it ... There are holes in the lamp and on the curtains, window shades.... Worst of all was I COULDN'T TAKE A SHOWER ..no matter how long I ran the hot water, it NEVER got above cold...instead of staying another night ..like we were probably going to do, we decided to go home. "
