"I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. "I stayed for one night at this 'hotel'. That was more than enough. The hotel supposedly had no record of my Hotels.com booking, which had been paid for. The internet never worked. Staff promised it would be fixed and provided numerous excuses. The tv had one English-speaking channel: Al Jazeera. The manager/owner 'fixed' it...for a matter of minutes. "Staff is amazing! They upgraded me to better room, brought hot water and tea when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and responded to all of our needs. More importantly, they stored our luggage when we went to Kenya and when we returned they kindly brought the tb the airport and waited because security wouldn’t allow to go out and get it. We had to fly to London without it and rhey are kindly holding it while I get it shipped. Very good communication and so helpful!"
