This was our second time staying at this property and we already booked out next visit! It’s very clean, comfortable and the owner is very communicative. The private garage is great and the location is convenient.

We always love staying at Victoria’s place. It’s in a great spot—quiet, safe, and in a nice neighborhood close to UT. It always feels comfortable and has become our home away from home.

First of all, we loved that the garage was included as a parking spot. The home was clean and comfortable. The A/C works well. Ample kitchen items for a short stay. We took morning walks around the block and felt safe. The decor is calming.

Great house to stay!

This was a great place for us to stay! It was super clean and it was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was a nice living room with a TV and plenty of seating. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We also loved having a garage to park our car! It was a perfect place for us!

Trip for bowling tournament

This was a great property. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The accommodations were great. We did not have any issues or problems during the stay. The house was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. If I have to go to Tyler again, I will definitely stay at this location again.

Near UT Tyler

We wanted a place near UT and this spot was perfect. Great, quiet location just a short 5-minute walk to campus. The duplex was clean and very comfortable. We will be back.

Great Home Away from Home

We rented this house to attend our son's graduation. The location couldn't have been better. The neighborhood is very clean and we'll maintain. Brno stay from WI

The location was great, close to all our branches we needed to visit, food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The pictures may have been as clear to the inside of the Vrbo, there were many spots that may have water damage on the ceilings, corners on the trim boards should be cleaned a bit better as well as the rug in the master bath. There are also sections of the floor in the second bedroom that need to be put back together as well as the closet door was broken.

Wonderful stay

This property fit our needs perfectly during our trip to Tyler. Victoria was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions prior to our stay. She was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed and appreciated. We would absolutely stay with Victoria again if we find ourselves visiting Tyler again in the future. The only negative (which really isn’t a negative) we had with the property was the pullout bed. It is a very small couch that barely fit our 9 year old daughter, so if you are traveling with a group of adults I would keep that in mind as I do not think a normal sized adult would fit. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable in Victoria’s house and would highly recommend it.

Very Clean and Functional

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the easy check-in. There were many positives including the kitchen and eating area. The living room area was comfortable. We were surprised that although the bathrooms were well appointed that there wasn't a hair dryer. Also, the TV worked well however there were buffering problems. Our internet for phones and computer worked well so not sure if TV has a problem.
