Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, this 1100 sq ft condo is in the private gated community of Bay View Villas within Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. Here you have private beach access on the quieter end of Tybee overlooking the bay with calm waves. Spacious living area that opens onto expansive bay view balcony. Watch the dolphins and ships go by! Enjoy use of pool, tennis courts and pickle ball court. Master bedroom with king size bed and balcony access, en suite bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in closet. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, and access to full size bathroom. Tybee vacation

Convenient place to stay. We saw dolphins a few times. Enjoyed seeing the ships. Very comfortable stay.

Beautiful views

I keep coming back to this wonderful place, due to its proximity to the beach, ease of parking and easy access to Tybee and Savannah. It is very comfortable, and the water views are sublime.

Great place on the beach

Cindy has a beautiful place on Tybee Island. Very clean, quiet, everything you need for a weeks stay, gated community. Private access to beach about 600ft away. Plus washer and dryer.

A wonderful beach vacation

We spent 2 weeks at this wonderful condo. The ocean is just steps away and the beach is great for walking. The condo itself was roomy and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. There are many restaurants just a short drive away and Savannah is about 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo for a fantastic vacation.

Clean and comfortable

Excellent access to the beach and parking! Very comfortable beds and master bedroom was nice and dark. The only downfall was I wish the showers had safety bars as my husband and I are both in our 80’s.

Great place

Property was very clean and had everything we needed! The balcony was very private and big as well. Property manager was easy to communicate with and friendly. Very close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again.

It was nice!

Overall we really enjoyed our Tybee trip. The beach is beautiful and the condo was great. It worked well for our group. Overall would recommend - just wish the bushes between the building and beach were trimmed some so you could enjoy the view. Great place for the price!

We enjoyed the property and the view. My mother enjoyed sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee watching the ships roll by. We stayed the fireworks at the pier.

Perfect beach getaway!

The location was perfect! Parking space is right next to the door to the condo and the boardwalk is literally feet away from the stairs from the condo. Loved our experience! Mattress is a little thin in the master suite so if you’re over 300lbs or like a thicker memory foam mattress, I’d recommend bringing a mattress topper. But it wasn’t uncomfortable by any means!

Great stay!

Really happy with this stay. Steps from the beach, quiet complex, clean, close to anything you need in town. Would absolutely stay here again. One thing I will note is that it is a bit light on the amenities you generally find in rentals these days. No shampoo or bath soap. Coffee maker, but no coffee. Just make sure to bring those items with you.

October stay

We visited Tybee Island in early October as the temperature fell into the low 70's so we did not get much use of the pool or beach. However, both looked welcoming. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked. During the period we were there the parking lot was relatively empty since families with school aged children were not normally be traveling.

Tybee Condo

Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this gated community.

We had an amazing and relaxing time. The beach was nice and quiet and we loved having Zunzibar and Huccapoos right around the corner and everything else being a short drive away!! The condo had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

The condo is just beautiful! We walked in on our arrival day just before sunset and were in awe of the view of the bay from the main living area. Comfortable bedrooms and living area, beautiful to eat out on the balcony with the view. Definitely hoping to stay here again.
