Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is a beautiful place to visit. It is a very quiet complex that is gated and has controlled beach access. The condo sits on the quiet side of the complex on the east side. Watch the sun rise from your private balcony. Sit on your sofa and view the water with the large ships going in and out of Savannah. Walk a very short walk to private pier and watch the most beautiful sunset anywhere.

Cocksper light house is in view along with Hilton Head and Daufuskie Island. See the lights at night from balcony or dock. Condo has been updated recently, very clean and comfy. You will fall in love with the whole island. You can reach me or my private housekeeper any time. Shopping ahead of time is available for a nominal fee. Arrive with your food and drinks already there.

Perfect Getaway

This property is set back away from alot of other places and was very peaceful. Only 150 steps from door to beach with a lovely view from the balcony. It's not far from restaurants and activities and many historical places to visit.

Cozy but small

The place was nice and clean but it was not made for four adults. A couple could stay in there comfortably, but our adult children had to sleep on couch and floor. Not big enough for four people.

Lovely condo perfect for 2

Our stay was nice - clean condo perfect for 2. We enjoyed exploring the island and walking up the beach daily. Our only issue was the keypad did not lock the unit, so we did have to carry around the physical key to esure we could lock up .. not a big deal, though. Would recommend staying here!

Great Property

The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Saw lots of dolphins on the beach, which was easily accessible from the unit.

Linda’s place on Tybee island

The condo was cozy and bright! Great deck over looking the beach and wild dolphins frolicking in the sea!! The beach is so private we were alone enjoying the beautiful sunshine and watching cargo ships pass. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and going into town is a straight shot!! We had an excellent time! The property is so quiet and restful!! I would highly recommend!!

Great Choice

The condo was everything that was present in the listing and more. We had a great stay. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. Every time I asked a question she responded almost immediately.

Great!

Condo was clean and very comfy! We enjoyed being on the quiet side of the island. My husband, son, and nephew really enjoyed fishing on the beach. We all loved the view- it was amazing to watch the dolphins play and the huge ships come by. The owners were very easy to work with- definitely recommend this condo for your Tybee Island vacation.

Great little getaway

We had a quick beach getaway with a couple of teenage girls. The condo was clean and stocked with all things listed. The bunk beds were too small for our teens so they used the provided air mattress. It was a bit dated, but sufficient for our needs and we loved the location and the beach access just steps away!

Nice location

You have partial view of ocean from balcony where you can see the dolphins and the ships come by. To see a beautiful sunset you just walk out onto the beach in front of the condo or if you like the sunrises you can walk about half mile towards Tybee lighthouse around the bend on beach. It was a very quiet and not crowded on this end of the beach which I enjoyed. The pool was really nice as well. The bedroom is small but the bed is very comfortable.

Not what I was expecting but not bad.

The location of the condo wasn't what I expected and the ants on the beach made us leave the beach early but we enjoyed the pool. The locks on both front and back doors need to be fixed but other than that it was nice. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice. It's close to the pool and parking lot by accessing the stairs. Our hiccups had nothing to do with the owner but were more building related. The only elevator is located on the other end of the complex and is difficult to find because it is on the other side of double doors. After a quick call to the owner we found it and were able to get to our room. We then had an issue getting the door unlocked but another quick call to the owner got us back on track. The person responsible for housekeeping did a terrible job in the bathroom. The toilet was nasty with splatters inside the bowl. A dirty hand towel was found inside the drawer of the sink with makeup on it. Again, out of the control of the owner. This condo is small but had plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was stocked with several necessities like salt, pepper, coffee filters and such which I'm sure were left behind by previous tenants. We also made use of the beach chairs, umbrella (it's broken but still works), and toys, and pool toys from the closet. This was a very nice stay and memories were made that will last a lifetime.

Upon arrival, no key in box as stated and no operational A/C. Called and left message for Property Manager who never responded during our three day stay. Disappointing that beach access was closed down - had to use access from another property. Supposed to be a gated property but gate never worked. It stayed open during our entire stay. The access card we were provided with did not work….do I need to go on? We will not be back

When we arrived, we had no idea what room we was in and it was never communicated. There is no one there to help so you have to call for assistance! Very confusing and it took us 2hrs to find out where we paid to stay at. Not happy and would not recommend!

Not what we expected

The view was a peekaboo view, all you see is parking lot and trees and condos.. and a small view of the ocean. It’s a high tide beach ,The water rises to the entrance steps. It took us an hour to check in.The directions are unclear .The owner did not respond until the next day .(Inside Fridge??No Rats there…sprayed on regular basis.)..Her sarcastic answer to us asking why there was a mouse trap on the SIDE of the refrigerator.. .. The bedroom is very small , Hard to navigate around the small space between the bed and the wall, smacked my head getting out of the bed to go to the bathroom.Theres a permanently installed mirror over the only window in the bedroom , seems unsafe , in case of fire ..

Great week in Tybee!!

The condo was as pictured!! The bedroom was very small. Which was expected but I prefer windows. Bed was comfortable!! Island was fun. Beautiful view from the balcony!! One suggestion… new patio furniture. Table has metal on the edge and is rusted. Went to Savannah 2 days which was amazing!! Enjoyed dining at Huck a poos and the Crab Shack!! Great food!! If you need to food shop there is an IGA on the island but I also saw a Publix on Rte 80 West when I returned from Boneventure Cemetery!! Only 10 miles or so from condo. Oh and the elevator is on the South end of the building if you are disabled in any way. However there are still steps. Unless you go to the ramp in the center of the building and back track. I would say if you have difficulties walking or using steps this unit would not work out too well. Unit was also very clean!!

Peaceful with Gorgeous Views

My family loved staying at this condo. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The view from the balcony is beautiful. We watched dolphins and cargo ships everyday. The condo complex is clean and quiet our unit was cozy. We found other tenants and renters to be respectful. The parking is easy…so easy for a beach rental. I’ve never had such ease with parking at a rental! The gated complex is a plus! Laundry room was around the corner from this rental and it was reasonably priced. Take advantage of morning and evening walks on the beach. So much natural beauty and interesting marine life. This condo is very close to Tybean Coffee, Huc a poos (pizza and more), Zunzibar (Mediterranean) and several cute, eclectic gift shops. We also enjoyed pizza from Pizza on Wheels and Bubba Gumbos for delicious fresh seafood. Other tips: download the parking apps for Tybee and Savannah. Public parking on Tybee is $4/hr with the app, but double without the app. Savannah is so close and makes a wonderful day trip. We truly enjoyed our stay. The north end of the island is so relaxing and peaceful.

Loved it!

This was a perfect place for our vacation! The facilities around the condo and inside the condo itself were very clean. It also felt like a safe location with lots of kind people around. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from our balcony SEVERAL times. The private pool and beach were lovely. The rest of the island was amazing as well! Highly recommend!
