This condominium complex is BEACH FRONT. 2023-$40,000 remodel! Located on Tybee Island Georgia in a cozy gated community. Your balcony has an Ocean View as shown in pictures. You can see dolphins and large cargo ships from it. The amenities are excellent! The complex has 2 large POOLS, kiddie pool, and 2 private boardwalks over the dunes to the beach. You are exactly 128 steps to the sandy beach. Owned by a local, the condo has everything you'll need. Why stay at a hotel when you can have 2-3 times the space here.

Watch the dolphins and ships from your balcony! No need to pay for dolphin tours. You don't have to leave the condominium complex for your whole vacation if you don't want to. King size bed in the bedroom! Most other condos in this complex only have queen beds. Queen size sofa bed in the living room, and 2 kids bunk beds (kids love!). 50inch 4K SMART TV in living room. SMART TV in bedroom as well. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee maker, & Keurig. Easy check in with a simple smart door lock code. No keys to lug to the beach.

Beach towels, lounge chairs, and a few beach toys are provided for your enjoyment. Pool access, tennis courts, charcoal grills, and parking for 1 car are all included. You also don't have to leave the property to get to the beach. Everyone loves sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Make memories by walking the beach and starting your own Sea Shell collection. Pack-n-play provided if needed. Onsite laundry facilities.

The condo and location was perfect! We preferred the quiet of North Beach and the beach access was wonderful. We had a small issue with AC and Jamie was on it immediately and fixed it. We greatly appreciated his attentiveness.

Beach Therapy is right!

My husband, myself, and our two small children just loved staying here! Our oldest loved the top bunk and to our surprise there was a railing provided for our two year old could sleep on the bottom. We absolutely loved how close the walk to the beach was, as well as how clean it was! The pool was a wonderful as well just what we needed after being at the beach all day. Definitely being making our on list of places to stay again! Oh an Jamie was very helpful when we had trouble with the smart lock.

Great unit

This is a beautiful small unit. Perfect for a couple. Would even be good for a small family with 2 kids. This unit is very nice. It has recently been completely remodeled. The owner is very easy to communicate with. He is very responsive. I recommend this unit for your next trip.

Good location, lacking amenities

The location of this rental was great. About 20 minutes to Savannah and easy walking access to the beach. However, we were unable to use the TV except the cable and DVD player as the TV remote was MIA. We were looking forward to a king bed but it was hard as a rock. The kitchen had very basic amenities but could use more cooking ware and seasonings.

Never ending flush

The property itself was nice and cozy. Split bedroom from living space was nice. The problem that we had was the toilet had a leak and you run every 60-90 seconds for about 5-10 seconds. At first it wasn't an issue because we were not staying in the unit all day. But when it came time for bed, it proved to be an absolute nightmare. Constant running, necer stopping all night. It proved to be quite annoying.

4 night stay

We stayed four nights at Jamie’s condo, we had a great time. The condo was clean, well stocked with things we needed, but I always bring my personal things I think that I’ll need shampoo, conditioner etc check in process was great, amenities at condo was great, close to the beach and easy to get in and out of, pool was very nice and for most part clean. A few things I noticed, can not really see dolphins or ocean well from condo balcony but it was fine we just went to beach and walked, the king size bed was great, but it was super hard and we both ended up with back and neck pain, had plenary of towels which was great! And beach towels provided also which was a plus! We couldn’t get Netflix to play, but may have just been us lol overall was a great condo, we would def stay again and recommend to friends! The atmosphere at the condos was great also, everyone nice and no riff raff all hours of the night :) Thank you Janine for a great experience for our first time at Tybee :))

Beach Therapy is an amazing 1-bedroom condo at the Savannah Beach and Raquet Club. The unit was very convenient to everything that we wanted to do and was immaculate. Absolutely loved the newly remodeled walk-in shower. The check-in process was seamless. We highly recommended this condo and definitely plan to stay there again!

Perfect beach vacation

My family and I loved it. The condo was clean and newly remodled. We could see the pool and the ocean from our balcony. The beach was a VERY short walk. The sunsets were amazing. The owner was always very quick to respond if I had any questions. I have no complaints. Not a big deal, but if you plan on doing laundry on site bring your own quarters. Quarters are not easy to find on the Island.
