Oceanfront Luxury ,Heated Pool , Amazing View located in Beachside Colony Resort

Beautiful end unit in one of Tybee's premier complexes and close to everything. Overlooking the courtyard with AMAZING views of the pool and beach. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation including a couple of beach chairs and beach towels....you'll be Fancy Like....Tybee!
Brand new pools opened in 2022 (one is heated).

**Please note: we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.
You are allowed TWO parking spaces and your passes will be left in your unit prior to your arrival. There is NO option for more vehicles to park in the complex. There is paid street parking available. Visit ParkTYB app or City of Tybee Island website for parking information.
A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! If it's cooler months, they are trying to escape the cold too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.

This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2022-March 2023. Book early for best dates & rates! Contact host for more info.

Beach bum

Loved tybee again this year. Jane was easy to work with on scheduling and check in. Very nice unit. Could youse paint touch ups and bug exterminator. Beautiful views.

Came back to our favorite place in Tybee!

This was our second stay at this gorgeous condo on the beach! Everything in the place is so pretty and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with pools and a fabulous restaurant can’t be beat! We will be back again!

Beautiful room near top attractions!!!

Beautiful room with amazing views. Very well priced for being right off the beach. Really nice area not far from several placed to visit like fort Sceven and the lighthouse/museum and Fort Pulaski. Fort Pulaski is a must-see and Savanah is such a beautiful city. Jane answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Easy check in/out. Would definately stay here again!!!!

Cute Little Condo

Condo was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child). The condo was colorful and clean and so cute. We enjoyed our stay. Wish the weather was 10 degrees warmer, but that didn’t stop us from having fun.

Relaxing

I needed a vacation that I could enjoy a beach and a place to see the sunrise. It was perfect. Jane was easily accessible and accommodating. Sitting on the balcony was peaceful as I listened to the waves. It was a great place to decompress.

Lovely updated place

We really enjoyed our stay! Decor was so nice. Our friends visited and couldn’t believe we had found such a nice place. Some of the bedding is worn out but we loved our stay. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 young kids. We loved walking over to the restaurant and being in such a convenient location to other things to do in Tybee. Beach access is great, the pool is right there. 10/10!

Great location

Great location. Very clean and homey vibe. Well stocked with startup materials and towels. We were 4 adults; 2couples—2nd room was not as spacious with limited room for suitcases— space would be better suited for kids or 1 additional adult. Very strict cancelation policy noted. Overall was a great stay even with bad weather.

Comforts of home at the beach

My daughter and I stayed a few nights as part of a Low Country vaca. The condo is modern, comfortable, and very clean. bonuses that made us feel at home on the beach included, several blankets, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, a large tv for evenings, bathroom amenities, even a jar of hair ties! The view from the deck is great for sunrises and relaxing in the eve. The location is close to elevator down to parking and so easy to access pool, beach and The Deck restaurant (which is wonderful!) If we come back, we will book again!

Great place!

We loved the condo. It was cute and comfortable. It felt like home. There were beach and sand toys for the girls (toddlers). The condo was conveniently located in the middle of the island with shops, food and the beach just a couple of minutes away. There was a cooler and even extra things you don’t think about (like sugar,) in the condo. Plenty of space for all of my family. We loved our trip! Issues with the emails at checkin but Jane was super quick responding and had everything resolved. It was a perfect fall break with my family!

Lovely condo on an almost private beach

The condo was exactly as described- lovely! Clean and very well stocked! They really thought of everything. We spent a lot of time in the pool and a the rest of it on the beach. No crowds, no struggle to find a spot. It was great. The Deck had great food and drinks right there on the beach, and Jane gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation! Side note to be ready for delivery trucks on Mon, Tues, and Thursday. Use a noise machine if you want to sleep easily past 7. Other than that (which can’t be helped) everything else was great!

Okay stay

The island seemed run down and the resort was not what we expected. The condo was clean and comfortable and easy to find. Host was kind and responsive. Nice to have beach towels and free parking, however access to the pool or beach had to go through underground parking with creepy van which appeared to have someone living in it or go through the alley which had a horrible smelling dumpster in it. The restaurant was filthy and we got up and left before ordering. The restaurant had a very noisey fan. That made being at the pool not relaxing and drowned out the sound of the waves. The shops were surrounded by bars which had loud drunk older obnoxious people and the smell of marijuana on the sidewalks. Fun to explore something new but wont be back. Looking for something much more upscale, family friendly, and relaxing.eaves. smelt horrible.

Family Vacation Paradise

We booked this stay and didn't realize what a treat we were in for. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner also had provided things you don't normally get with a stay at a beach house including plastic baggies, tin foil, and saran wrap in the kitchen as well as a few trash bags and dishwasher pods. We LOVED the location- right by the pools and so close to the beach. We also loved being close to The Deck restaurant. We will definitely book again.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location with easy access and parking, also with a very nice pool. Condo has a ocean view with a Short walk to the beach. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! The deck restaurant has some really great food! If you want a beach vacation and check out all the sights in Savannah I would definitely book this location!

Fun at Fancy Like!

We loved this condo and would absolutely book again for future stays! The location is awesome; with two little kids it was so nice to be right on the beach with a pool and not have to haul all the beach gear far when going back and forth. The condo was very clean and updated so nicely! The ocean view with morning coffee was the best part.

Clean and Updated

The condo is clean and very nice, especially for a beach rental! My wife and I are especially picky on cleanliness and felt comfortable the moment we walked in. We had a couple of minor hiccups with the washing machine and cable TV but Jane was very quick to respond and get issues handled. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!
