Completely Renovated Pink Sea House on North Beach, Tybee Island

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront townhome on Tybee's North Beach, just steps to the beach walkover.

The first floor has a great room with back deck, fully furnished kitchen that opens to dining and great room. The unit has cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The one bedroom on the first floor faces the front porch and has a king bed and attached full bath.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms more bedrooms; a front bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath and a master bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master also has a walk-in closet, a dressing area with 2 sinks, a separate room with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The front porch that overlooks ocean, north beach, and the Historic Tybee lighthouse & Fort Screven. Big ships pass right by the townhome! You can be in the ocean water in minutes. Great beach with 2 lifeguard stations. There is an outside shower for after a day at the beach. The famous North Beach Grill serves great lunch and dinners is located just steps from the unit and beach. They have live music Thursday-Sunday. There is also a concession stand.

Nearby you can visit the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum, you can rent bikes, golf carts, paddle boards. You can take dolphin tours, tour Fort Pulaski National Monument. It's only a 25 minute ride into Historic Savannah. So much to do! This is a great home to come to the beach and relax!

The location is perfect, very nice and clean place to stay on Tybee. It was our first visit to this island and we had a great time. Take a sunset dolphin cruise while in town, that was our favorite part of the trip!

Friends getaway

We decided to try something different for our annual sprinter (spring winter) get away.We were just looking for a relaxing comfortable warm place before going on to historic Savannah. We were delighted with these accommodations, they were exactly as described. We enjoyed walks on the beach, historic sites and local shops,Dan our host could not have been nicer.

Perfect Stay!

Perfect sized house for a group of 8 women! This is the perfect location! Dan was so kind and took time to personally meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Due to our large group, he even brought over his personal beach chairs so we would have enough. Would highly recommend this house for anyone, friend groups, family, etc. We all had an absolute blast and I was so excited to show my friends what a gem Tybee Island is.

Little pink beach house.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was so close to the beach and the house was so nice. Had a small leak in the ceiling a few days in and Dan had it fixed super quick!! Great place ! Highly recommend!

Heaven by the beach!

I would recommend that place 100% The place was immaculate & the owner really really nice. It has plenty of dishes/linens/beach stuff… And the location is very quiet & so close to the beach. LOVED IT!!

Family Vacation

My wife and I brought our three children to Tybee for our family vacation. The last time we were on Tybee Island was in 2013 so they had few memories of previous vacations on Tybee. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed our location, and would definitely come back. The house was clean and suited our family perfectly with separate rooms for the children and bathrooms for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful little home by the beach! It is ideal. It is so clean and decorated so beautifully and we were so comfortable during our stay! Only steps away from the boardwalk. Definitely a gem! We will certainly be back again!

Wonderful location

The house is in perfect location. Close to the North Beach - literally across the street. Owner met us at house and gave us tour of the place. Mishap with housekeeper and we were short paper products- I texted and they were dropped off immediately. I would recommend.

Nice house very clean. The location was out of sorts when it comes to ocean front because it’s not. Graciuos walk to the beach for people who are not able to walk long distance and you can not see the ocean from the house. Very quiet and spacious would highly recommend this rental. Love the fact that there are no TV’s in any of the rooms was perfect for quality time. Tybee Island is Awesome Grateful for the opportunity to visit.

Return from Deployment

Our son was returning from deployment, so instead of staying in Hinesville, we decided to stay in Tybee as it is a family favorite. The house was literally steps from the beach, across the parking lot from North Beach Grill and Fort Screven. We walked to family who lived around the corner and participated in the Beach Bum parade for the first time, which we will absolutely do again. The only star lost is for the listing, which shows 3 twin beds and a double in one of the bedrooms. There are only 2 twin beds and the double.

Great house. Awesome location. Wonderful owner

We had the pleasure of renting this property recently. Dan was awesome. He stopped by on our second or theird day just to be sure we had everything we needed and we're enjoying our stay. He even invited us to see some turtles. The location to the beach was perfect. Right next to the access for North Beach. We had an amazing unobstructed view of the light house every night. Live music from the North Beach bar and grill. Views of sunrise AND sunset. What else could you possibly need? Nothing. It's all there. Will return and rent from this owner again.

Another Fantastic Visit

What a wonderful experience and rental! We returned to Tybee and to this fantastic rental for the second time. We enjoyed this rental so much in 2021 that we decided to book for an entire week this summer. Everything is spot on and clean. Plenty of room for the teens, parents, and grandparents to relax. The quick walk to the beach is perfect! We wandered out almost every morning to enjoy our coffee on the beach as the sun was rising. Our days were spent exploring Tybee, hanging at the beach, a day in Savannah, and playing games as a family at the house. Evenings were perfect for grilling and enjoying time together as a family. Dan made sure everything was absolutely perfect for our trip. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am already looking at dates for our next trip.

Great location

The location was great. I loved that it had 3 bathrooms since I had 3 teenage boys with me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean when we arrived. There were. Few disappointments though. I am used to staying some place that has a starter pack for kitchen like dish soap and dishwasher packs. Also, small box of laundry detergent. This did not. Wasn’t a huge deal but since I didn’t know I needed up spending $15 on the supplies for a three night stay. When the agreement said to start the dishwasher and a load of towels I assumed there would be supplies for that. But not a huge loss. Also, I wanted to bake cookies and there were no baking pans. A lot of the cookware was worn and some rust. If this is a VRBO thing then next time I can prepare. Also, the beach supplies were all rotted and not safe. But the location and the cleanliness of the house made up for some of the other and the owners replied quickly to questions. We would book again knowing how to better prepare now.

Great place to stay while on Tybee. The location can’t get any better and the house itself was awesome! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Tybee! Dan was great and very hospitable to myself and my family. Already sad to not be there anymore and we only left a few hours ago!

Fantastic place to stay...Great communication with the owner, plenty of space for 2 adults, 4 teens, and a 7 year old...the location and beach access are incredible...would definitely love to go back again
