Watch the sunrise from one of your two porches while ships and shrimp boats pass by. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxation at the beach or see the sights in town. End the day with a freshly caught shrimp or seafood dinner in your home or at a local restaurant!

You’ll be sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome with free high-speed Wi-Fi at Tybee’s North Beach. The townhome is next to the beach sand dunes – there is a beach walkway through the dunes at the property providing direct access to the beach. You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master (on the top floor) also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk-in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms (one on the top floor, one on the main floor) look out over the ocean, the old fort and the historic Tybee lighthouse.

The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat-screen TV. A pass through to the kitchen provides easy access to snacks. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all. There is also a game table for various board games as well as for extra seating.

The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing the ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and the Tybeelighthouse. 3 parking spaces are available.

As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away from the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum. You won’t need a car on the island; you can walk, rent bikes or golf carts nearby.

Favorite Townhouse on North Beach

This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.

Great Tybee North location

We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

Our Thanksgiving away from it all

We had 4 wonderful days by the ocean and that was a great peaceful time just away from the hustle and bustle of our life’s we have had some very low days this year and needed to get away and regroup our family . We will do this again and thank you To Dan for making it so easy to be here

Perfect location

This was the third time we have stayed in this town house. It has become an annual event to meet up with friends. We all absolutely love the cleanliness, the location, and easy access to the beach. Love the updates to the porch and handrailing. It looked really good. Until next year Tybee <3

Roomy with great location

Great location--easy walk to beach, the lighthouse, a bar and grill, a park, and the Monday farmer's market. Seeing the lighthouse from the front deck was lovely. While the place could probably use a few updates, there is plenty of space and a casual, comfortable vibe. Dan is so friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and ready.

Great location . All essentials provided. Plenty of towels, hand soap, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags etc. The beach wagon and chairs were handy. The best bedding ever at a rental! Very , Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Incredibly convenient North Beach townhouse

This is the second year our family has stayed in one of Dan’s townhouses, and we enjoyed our stay in each (pink townhouse and this unit). The townhouse is right at the Gulick beach access right across from the lighthouse, the Salty Pelican Bar & Grill, North Beach Bar & Grill, and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. We have young kids and love that it’s also just a short walk to Jaycee Park. The townhouse comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 young kids. This unit is our new go-to for our annual Tybee trip. Thanks for everything, Dan!

The beauty of this place is it's location. Walking distance to the beach/ocean, and Fort Screven, lighthouse, N Beach bar, and more. Beautiful sunrises at 7:25 (not too early). Food at N Beach bar is excellent! Host Dan was very nice and took care of a plugged toilet in upstairs bedroom. Very comfortable for 3 couples. The condo is older. O/S iron stair railing is rusting away, some plaster peeling off walls, Squeaky dipping floor in upstairs master. Upstairs balcony floor little soft on one side. Misc. cosmetic issues. (Dan is planning on making updates). Overall, the condo is in a great location and is very enjoyable.
