The space

Unit A — Main-Floor Unit

Entry & Living Room
This is a main-floor unit. Enter through the front door labeled “A” using the digital keypad. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day out.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals during your stay. For dining, there is a small table for two, along with two barstools at the countertop.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Unit A has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

Laundry & Beach Access
The laundry room and exterior access are located just off the kitchen. Across the street, you’ll find a walking path that leads directly to the beach.

Unit B — Upstairs Unit

Entry & Living Room
This upstairs unit is accessed via exterior wooden stairs. Enter through the front door labeled “B” using the digital keypad.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with four chairs provides seating for meals.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
Unit B has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. The full bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, includes a stand-up shower.

Patio & Beach Access
The patio is accessible directly through the living room. Across the street, you’ll find a walking path that leads directly to the beach.

Unit C — Upstairs Unit

Entry & Layout
This upstairs unit is accessed via exterior wooden stairs. Enter through the front door labeled “C” using the digital keypad.

Upon entry, you’ll find a hallway connecting the different areas of the condo. The first door on the left leads to the primary bedroom, while the first door on the right leads to a second bedroom with two full beds. The laundry room is located at the next door on the right, with the second full bathroom directly across from it.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two full beds. Across from the laundry room, the second full bathroom also features a shower/tub combination.

Kitchen, Dining & Living Room
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items, while the living room includes a sofa bed, two chairs, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats four guests.

The patio is accessible directly through the living room. Across the street, a walking path leads to the beach.

Please note that this property consists of three separate units. You’ll have full and private access to all three units. The parking area and yard are shared spaces.
