Enjoy views of the bay, ships and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Watch dolphins play in the Savannah River and stroll the shore collecting seashells.

The contemporary kitchen has been updated and features stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, a small combined convection oven and microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. Traveling with kids? This unit has 2 built-in bunk-style youth beds in the hall - perfect for your little ones. This condo can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (there is no sleeper and the bunks in the hall are youth size so the 2 adult max is strict).

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
