Spacious living area w/open floor plan makes this a great vacation home to spend time w/family & friends. It also features a washer/dryer, half bath, main bedroom w/a king bed & private bathroom & rear sundeck for a quite retreat, bedroom #2 has a queen bed w/ocean view balcony, 3rd bedroom w/2 twin beds & a deck w/an ocean view, a shared full combination tub/shower bathroom, plenty of porch space for relaxing/enjoying views, covered ground level area, hot tub & onsite free parking. For added security for both the property and our guests there is an outside security camera that records activity in the front of the property.

Great Location

My family and I are longtime Tybee vacationers. We like to jump around and spread the love to all the local rental companies. 18th street is one of our favorite places to stay. It’s close to the beach entrance and quick to get back on Bulter Ave. Bridgette was awesome. I usually have some crazy request and she answered me every time. We will be back for sure.

Tybee Newcomers

This was our first trip to Tybee and our second time to use Vrbo. Our Beach House made the trip enjoyable and relaxing. The House was cozy and inviting. Loved the layout with ample bedrooms and beds for all of six of us and balconies off of every bedroom. My daughters loved the hot tub after a day at the beach and Island. We would strongly recommend this host and house for your Tybee vacation. Tybee was a unique beach experience and the house was located close to the ocean, stores, and restaurants. My daughters rented bikes and my pup loved the walks.

There were pee stains around the toilet, looks like nothing was cleaned, sheets had makeup all over them. Shower was falling apart and had mold in the tub. Great property management but that’s about it

For our first time at Tybee Island, this location was magnificent. From the third floor balcony, you can see the ocean and is a one block walk to 18th St. beach entry. The check-in process was super easy with the email instructions on how to enter the code to unlock the door and gain access to the property. You are greeted with a spacious kitchen and after searching around…a good coffee machine, a toaster for bagels and toast, Electric gas stove for cooking and a large refrigerator. One thing not noted in the listing is there is a gas grill outside for barbecue and so we did hotdogs and hamburgers one night which was very fun! Air conditioner works great! The downside is, the exterior needs refreshed and repainted, and does show signs of being a 30-year-old home. Some things didn’t work, such as the microwave light and the conditioner pump in the master bathroom shower, and some of the drains were slow, but these were all reported to the property manager, and they said that they would fix them.This property was on a one-way street so there really wasn’t a crazy amount of road noise, and could truly enjoy hearing the crickets. I learned that Tybee is a very bike friendly town and so we enjoyed several bike rides from the location up to the lighthouse which is about a 15 minute bike ride. We’re about 3 1/2 miles. Bring your bikes and bring your beach chairs and enjoy your stay a stone throw away from the beach. I will definitely be coming back.
