About this property

A Marsh View from this 3BR 2 Bath House

  • This house has 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Playroom and another bath downstairs. Relax in the screen porch with a drink, while you grill you fresh seafood you just caught. After a day of boating and dolphin watching come home to a nice clean newly renovated rental house. This house is two story with lots of windows overlooking a nice lagoon. Bird watch as you have your dinner from the dining area. Our rental house has a king size bed in the first bedroom, two full size in the second and a queen in the third bedroom. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony deck.
    Plenty of parking here on this dead end street. The rental is kid friendly. The downstairs has a great play room for the kids to hang out. The second bathroom is downstairs. There is also an outside shower to rinse off.
