**3rd-Floor Poolside Condo with Beach & Lighthouse Views – Tybee Island North End**

Unit 1C is a bright, third-floor retreat with stunning views of the pool, Tybee Lighthouse, and nearby beach. Relax on the private covered porch, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, or enjoy the community pool, lighted tennis courts, gas grills, and picnic area.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and cable TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, TV, and deck access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Great place for a simple bachelor trip

Three of us came down to celebrate my friends bachelor party and the condo was perfect. Close to the beach, the pool was great, and it was in a nice quiet location that kept us out of the chaos of Savannah.

Perfect Hideaway Getaway

Property was very clean and tidy, property owner made checkin a breeze even with our late arrival. Kids loved it and hated having to leave and requested to come back. Property will be one of our top return to locations!

We had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean. We had a good view of the ocean and enjoyed watching the cargo ships. Located within walking distance to North Beach, Lighthouse and Battery.

Soccer tournament

We had a great time at this location. We were in Savannah for a soccer tournament and the condo we stayed at was perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean. The full kitchen was clean and we had a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Steps were hard for SIL. Parts and kitchen should be replaced, the blind in the front bedroom have broken slots. Overall nice day place was clean

Nice location. No frills. Shower heads and ac vents could use some cleaning. No sports programming was able to be viewed as cable was basic tier. View of water was great. Deck was large. Very close to the beach. Price was fair.

Great overall!

This was a great location and set up for our group! It was so nice being so close to the beach and having access to pools! We were walking distance to a few places for food and drinks and a short 1-2 mile drive to the south parts of Tybee Island. We also were only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! Inside the condo was pretty bare with only the basics, as I had read in other reviews. However, if we were missing something, the owner was very responsive and had the rental company deliver missing items quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and great vacation! Will be back :)

Girls trip

Very quiet and relaxing place. We had bikes delivered to the condo and enjoyed the large porch that overlooks the pool and lighthouse. Condo is on top floor so if you don’t like steps or elderly might be a problem.

Best beach with amazing views

The view from our balcony was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation stay. We watched the sunrise every morning then came in the cargo ships that were amazing to see. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo is located close to everything from souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream & most importantly the most adorable coffee shop Tybean. The condo had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We will definitely return soon.

Nice area, great beach area and property is as described on VRBO. It was comfortable and convenient. A quiet place to stay at the time we visited; plenty to see and do on Tybee.
