"The location was great for our 4 day stay in Dublin and surrounds. Off street parking, bus pickup almost right across the street, approximately 8 miles from Dublin city center. It is spacious, and has both a washer and dryer, which is hard to find. It is obviously owned by a family with school-aged children, as their pictures and playthings are there in the house. This is both charming and a little off-putting, as we felt we were violating someone's home. I think if you expect this ahead...

"Was a great place to explore the Glendalough mountains, and see the King's River. The kids enjoyed the yard, and we all enjoyed feeding the donkeys and goats."

"We had just one night in Lucan and it was perfect for our group of 5. The house was very clean and roomy to accommodate us all. Check in was easy and supported by video instructions to access the home. We would recommend the property. "

"The hosts were very kind and obviously put a lot of thoughtfulness and care into their tiny house. The walks, drives, and views in general are wonderful nearby. The freshly baked bread and local eggs were delicious for breakfast. We would love to stay there again!"

"Sfeervol en heel netjes. Gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Super leuk om bij een echt iers landhuis te verblijven met alle hedendaagse gemakken. Maynooth is leuke plaats, universiteitsgebouw heel mooi, veel winkels en mogelijk om met trein naar Dublin te gaan. "

However, considering the July heat, the room could really use air conditioning and a lighter duvet — it felt quite warm at night, and I had to keep the windows open to sleep comfortably. That said, I have to highlight the breakfast: it was absolutely divine and definitely worth it! "

Rooms were lovely and clean, modern and had a great view of the hills, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
