Ice cream shop in front has great variety. You have to access the house through the ice cream shop parking lot which always has a line of people. Though the park parking lot is right next door and convenient to park at. Park with beach, playground, tennis courts is only 100 yd away. Very close to many hiking trails of various difficulty. Can jog to most of them. All together a great place. "
