"Milk Bath Springs was a lovely place to experience The Texas Hill Country. Additionally, the Location was super convenient.It was charming, peaceful, and immaculate! Communication was timely and provided clear instructions,If I can offer any suggestions it would be to repair the ice maker or place a bag of ice in the freezer, add a full length mirror in one or both of the bedrooms, and a luggage rack would have been easier than living out of your suitcase on the floor. The pillows could be improved , as well. However, overall , I would definitely book this modernized & inviting rental again. "

"Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who are staying a few days or more. A shower curtain of some sort would be a great addition as it was rather chilly anytime you stepped out from under the water. "
