"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. "The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "
