Modern Scandinavian design with mountain views. This spacious home has three floors. The ground floor hosts an amazing game room with sun room and gas fireplace, bar area with beverage fridge, ice maker, and sink and a big screen TV with plenty of bean bag and sectional seating. A separate ground floor entrance provides access to the laundry room and mud room. The second floor features a well appointed, open concept kitchen and living room with indoor/outdoor fire place that opens to a large deck with stunning mountain views. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in showers featuring beautiful tiling. A spiral stair case leads to the spacious third floor loft which hosts 2 day beds, 2 bunk beds and a dedicated work desk.
