He replied quickly and professionally.The location was spectacular easy access to Punta Gorda, grocery stores, fishing bait locations etc.The house manual was complete, descriptive and informational. We literally used it for restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed.There were great TV's in every room, and we loved the giant screen in the living area.Most of all we loved the outdoor lounging and dining areas. Being from Colorado the pool decks were our favorite.We highly recommend contacting the host and staying at any of his wonderful properties !!I can assure you will be thrilled.We will be back !"

"The house was perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had enough space and seating was ample and comfortable. The house was one of the most stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. There were toys and games for the kids and all the "small things" that you tend to forget or not have on vacation could easily be found in the house. The location was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet, and there was a grocery store and Walgreens a few minutes away for anything we didn't have. Our group enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal and playing in the pool. We had a few issues figuring out the heating of the pool/spa, but the hosts replied immediately to help us out, and they were more than willing to do whatever was necessary to solve any of our issues. We would definitely stay here again."
