The property was clean, efficient staff and good price and location. The only thing was the shower is too flush with the floor and the laminate tile was gushing with water underneath the tile, it was pretty gross!
Clean and large size room. Staff friendly and helpful. We had some problems with our TV and Megan was super-helpful. The front desk staff were great at answering questions, especially Trinni.
Very friendly check in and the staff serving breakfast. It was a good breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay. The pool and hot tub open 24 hours is the best!! We got in late and needed a soak!
The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay with our children. Water pressure in the shower was great! I appreciate the updates and renovations going on. Would stay here again.
The indoor pool and tub were very impressive. Otherwise a typical hotel. Nothing remarkable. Fairly priced. Seen one seen them all. Bring your walking shoes and avoid some of the traffic
The gym is tiny but has a lot of equipment. Downside is it’s connected to the pool area and the door doesn’t close completely so the air is chlorinated- which is tough on asthma.
Pool and hot tub are lovely and open 24/7 which is fabulous.
Rooms are great.
Stayed for two nights in early October - check in was quick, easy access to room on second floor (motel is one looooong building, room was close to stairs).
Room was clean & comfortable, bathroom had enough towels for our stay. AC was nice and cold - a little loud but standard motel unit. Beds were comfortable but felt a bit small for queen size beds.
Pool & hot tub were indoor & open 24 hrs, which was very nice - not overly busy at that time of year so we were able to use them both nights.
Breakfast offering was good - eggs, sausage, waffles + fruit & continental breakfast offerings. They did change out the breakfast each day so it's not the same (ex. scrambled eggs one day, cheese omelets the next).
Lots of free parking, easy to get in/out, close to restaurants & downtown Twin Falls.
We would stay here again without any hesitation

The good: the room was relatively clean. The bad: Most everything else. I don't want to embarrass the staff by sharing my experience here, but I'd highly advise staying somewhere else in town. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and this one is, sadly, undeserving of the name. Avoid at all costs.
Very clean room. Nice hot and options for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was very refreshing, especially since it was HOT outside. Glad the pool was inside due to smoke from fires in the region.
