The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were fully equipped and included many extras to make a guest feel welcome such as tissues in every room, adequate toilet paper, cards, games,books and cozy blankets for the chilly nights. Highly recommend this property which was located within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants and shops. Located directly across from a small park on a very quiet street. Property is well lit with ample parking."

"Communication with the owner/manager was on point every step of the way. House was as described. Electricity was out when we got there, however Amber called us an hour before we arrived to let us know, offered us two different rentals in case it didn't come back on. However wasn't needed as the power came on about 20 minutes after arrival. Beautiful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Was there for a wedding so wasn't really at the house much, but was perfect for what and where we needed. Thank you Sam and Amber. "
