Welcome to Myrtle Haus. Myrtle Haus is a newly built 4 bedroom home (separate private duplex) located in Cabarita Beach offering privacy and relaxation. Filled with natural light and a spacious open plan living flowing to a beautiful outdoor area with a magnesium plunge pool. Myrtle Haus is very versatile and caters to all. Plenty of space for all your family and friends to relax and enjoy. The Space. Upstairs - The Master bedroom (parents retreat) consists of a King Bed, open living space with a 55inch Art TV, queen size pull-out sofa, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning, open plan ensuite offering high end finishes and large freestanding bath. Downstairs - Open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto the beautiful outdoor patio and magnesium plunge pool. This space has air conditioning and a 65inch Art TV. Bedroom 2, 3 & 4 consists of Queen Beds, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, lush carpet and beautiful sheer and blockout curtains.
Main bathroom and powder room. The outdoor patio area consists of a BBQ, bar fridge, lounge seating and relaxing in or beside the magnesium Plunge Pool.
