I love the Ornament Hotel as it was just across the street from the old town. I was travelling alone, and everything was in short walking distance for me. The double room was perfect for 1 person and it was very comfortable. There was breakfast provided every morning. Kenan the hotel manager was really kind and. helpful.

Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.

It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)

Great customer service, clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is 10/15 mins walk to the town. It’s on the hill so be ready for it. It’s not a 3 star, should be 2 star. In the room no fridge, no bedside table to put yr phone etc , no bin only in toilet, aircon not good very mild, no safe to put yr passport or money . Breakfast was ok, . There was sausage, eggs, cheese. Orange drink was like drinking water. On my first day I had white bread. Other days I asked for white bread they didn’t have. Didn’t bother buying when u know that some people only eat white bread. Toaster only 1 toooo slow. Banana n apple were very soft. The only good think was the coffee was good. Wouldn’t stay there again.
